"My son and I booked the ViP experience bc we love everything hands on animal. Caleb and Lyric were extremely friendly, knowledgeable , and overall great tour guides. It was refreshing having the entire place to ourselves!"

"Terrible place not for kids, arrived with family and mi autistic girl who touch a paint on the floor with no protection and got called out by manager James Powell not even 1 min inside of the museum my wife told him that she don’t understand that we were sorry but continue to follow and said to be carful even addressed my oldest son who’s 17 to be carful and don’t touch nothing the manager follow and pursue my wife outside completely unprofessional and still said it was ridiculous for leaving for what he said , I also told him that this was very unprofessional and even got the door looked from another employee I simply ask if he thought that following my wife to question outside was professional , completely disappointing after looking forward to this visit not seeking refund but was a waste of money and time will never recommend this place"
