I use this: Ultrasonic cleaner It's portable, small, the bowl is detachable for easy cleaning, it uses a usb cord or batteries. I use it with 1 Polident whitening tablet and it keeps aligners sparkling clean.
4) Ultrasonic frequencies attenuate very quickly and do not go around objects (unlike lower frequencies). This means there is a limited range in which you can effectively use this device, and there cannot be any obstacles in the way.
With the ultrasonic cleaner, all I need is 2mins, doesn't matter if I didn't get my night time routine sequence right (esp. when plans change). Lifechanging for all Invisalign wearers! I also use my ultrasonic cleaner to clean other things like my water flosser tip, so it's not a single function item.
For the ultrasonic, i use lab-grade Naphtha (lighter fluid). IPA for the two rinses. Do not run the balance wheel or pallet fork in the ultrasonic because the action can loosen the stones (jewels). I have a mason jar with Hexane for those two. There is an air hose fed thru the lid that attaches to a small air pump and the bubbles agitate the bath.

Do ultrasonic rodent repellents actually work? I put traps around, but they are smart. I'm thinking of buying to ultrasonic repellent devices. Wondering if buying them is a waste of money or worth it.
A cleaning with actual ultrasonic electronics solvent and rinsing with alcohol would be ideal but not cheap. otherwise just using distilled water and either rinsing with alcohol for quicker drying or skipping the alcohol and giving a longer dry time (at least 24hr) should be like 60-80% as effective.
Is there any negative to using an evaporative steam humidifier? My understanding is the heating element also helps sanitize the steam versus the ultrasonic one. If so, any additional insights? and whats a good make and model ?
